How to obtain a Sheriff's Report -
Public Records Request

A Report taken by a Delaware County Sheriff s Deputy  may be obtained by visiting the Delaware County Sheriff's Office Records Section located at 149 N Sandusky Street, 2nd Floor.  An office clerk can assist you by providing copies of incident/offense and accident reports, as well as any other information pertaining to reports.  Please have any pertinent information (such as dates, locations, names of persons involved and or Case Report number) to insure prompt and accurate service. You may contact the Records Division by phone at (740) 833-2810 between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
